Every day, I talk to men who are struggling to find the balance between becoming the person they want to be and build a body they’re proud of while juggling all of the other responsibilities and priorities they have.
One of the biggest changes we face when moving from single/no kids to “family man” is a loss of control.
“They” tell us this is just how it is.
They say it’s just something you have to accept. “Oh, you have a wife and kids? There goes your freedom, your control. Trade your hopes of six-pack abs for a six pack of Pabst Blue Rippon.”
Or, at best, they’ll tell you to just “survive.”
But I think there’s a breed of ambitious men out there who refuse to accept that fate. We don’t want to survive, we want to thrive. Now more than ever, because our purpose for strength, health, and confidence is now deeper than hooking up on Friday night, it’s about unleashing our strongest selves and being there for our family and leading them.
So when that call of mediocrity comes knocking, we don’t wait for it to slowly tip-toe in and make itself at home, we kick the damn door down and introduce ourselves, letting it know we’re not giving in, that we’re here, and we’re not backing down.
What we do:
Give you stuff that works in the ‘real world’. Have a job, a family, and other hobbies and priorities outside of fitness? You can still build muscle and get ripped. That’s what we do.
